Our story
It all begins with a need to help people. Our founder, Eddie Bernard, has a passion for serving others. His experience within the insurance industry influenced him to help clients who were not being properly protected by their own insurance carriers. We now have a team of public adjusters and office personnel who are just as passionate and committed to our mission. We at times collaborate with local and international professional agencies through trainings and programs. We are committed to doing everything we can to stay up to date on claim processes and local insurance laws.
Our promise is that we will continuously seek educational growth and commit our service to helping the community.

Our mission as a Public Adjuster is to maximize the amount of money in your claim settlement while minimizing your stress. We work for you not the insurance company so we will always look out for your best interest during the claim handling process. We can help with a new claim or claims that have initially been denied or partially approved.
Having grown-up in Hawai’i we empathize with island values and cultural importance to help others. We are familiar with the struggles many face within the islands and so our mission is to use our experience, abilities, and talents for the people of Hawai’i.
